Error mesage when current editor langauge is not available

Hi
If we are currently editing a page on a language that has not been added in the list of available languages for the site the gui will be disabled.
No pages/blocks can be created.
Can we get a better error message to clarify this case. Would be nice with an error message like like "The current language has not been enabled for editors, please check language settings."
