Separate ServiceAPI models from services
The intent was not to use the models in the service which is why they were listed in the documentation. Alot if integrations are not using .NET code to connect to it. I can see however for .NET code to be able to use the client models in a package with no other dependencies

I don't need to install all other server side hosting dependencies in order to create single ConsoleApplication client to work with ServiceAPI endpoints.
