ActiveDirectory Roles not syncing

Somehow, the roles seems to have stopped syncing from AD to my Relate site. The funny part is, if i search groups from CMS - Admin the new groups appear. If i dot the same from Community - Search users/groups they don't. I believe the problem is the site is moved from one domain to another. The roles i se seems to be the roles that were synked before the domain change. How can i solve this? Is there a way of emptying the roles cacje or something?
