Found it. It is read from config as well as databse. The config is under episerver.common/sites/site/uri/providers

I have a problem with the EPiServer.Common.Uri.UriProvider.BaseUri property. This is used, among other things, to generate the URL:s displayed for the RSS/Atom feeds in Relate 2.0.
When I look in reflector at this code it seems to be read not from any configuration file but from the database. It must have been set at some point because it is one of our domains, but it is the wrong one. How do I change this setting?
