Intra-mail links being malformed by EPiServer mail
Is the goal to have some external links ignored by the rewriting or is it literally links within the email? (To some anchor in that document? However, the example didn't look like that?)

We are adding links to within the page/email (like this: http://www.echoecho.com/htmllinks08.htm) but EPiServer Mail adds prefixes it with the full server URL.
Is it possible the prevent EPiServer Mail from rewriting (i.e. destroying) some (or all) for the URLs?
