Episerver mail was used to send out a newsletter to det customers but they only recieved a login box. I tried to send a preview test mail and it worked out just fine. Any pointers to what could be wrong?

The page used for the content of the mailing must be publicly available; you must be able to see it without being logged in.

Can you verify that's the case?

Judging from what you have described, this sounds out of the ordinary.

Please register a support case at http://world.episerver.com/Support/Register-Support-Incident/ so we can collect more information about your installation environment and follow up on this.
