Where should I find the EPiServer APi Cookbook?

Hi All,

 I am new for EPiServer and learning it. I am struggle to find the APi's to use in my website since I haven't know about any Api in EpiServer.Could you help me to find out the EPiServer APi Cookbook or tutorial to learn the APi's to buill the website/please suggest me
