Run the indexing service in DEBUG mode, and it may give you more information about the error.

Thanks 'debug mode' helped me identify that there were still some more incorrect index paths that I needed to remove.
The error now no longer appears in the event log.

We have EpiServer CMS version 6 and have two loadbalanced front-end nodes. One of the nodes keeps getting an error in the Windows event log every 6 hours.
'EPiServer Indexing Service has problems indexing some of the locations, please consult the log file for details.'
The log file is not being generated. I have tried changing EPiServer.IndexingService.exe.config by stripping out index paths that don't exist. I have also checked various online posts to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
