Visual Studio tools and Deployment Center use different version dll's

Hi,

I just notices that the Visual Studio tools voor CMS 6 R2 use version 6.1.379.0 for dll files,
but when I upgrade/deploy a site via the Deployment Center I get dll's with version 6.1.379.1

Is this going to be a problem?
