Strange Issue when changing the language in "Globalization" in the web.config

Hi Episerver World,
I am able to successfully change the language on my site from en-US to en-GB to get my date formats correct, however, when the language is changed, my menu structure, built using the EpiServer:MenuList control disappears?
Anyone know of this issue, and how it can be fixed?
