Yes, you can use url like http://www.mysite.com/CMS/Edit/Default.aspx?id=4_176, where 4 is a Page ID (shown on the tooltip in the page tree) and 176 - is a Version ID that can be found in the Versions tab as a tooltip for the value in the Version column.

It worked perfect without the versionID part, couldn't get it to work with _xx for vesionID though.
But that doesn't matter to me cause it's the latest version i'm intrested in

I want to be able to send editors a link of a not yet published page and was wondering if i can create a link to a page in preview mode?
example:
