Delete Unused Files gives "Unhandled Execution Error"

When I try to use "Delete Unused Files" in Admin Mode in my development environment, all works fine, no problem there.
But when I try to do the same thing on our servers i get a "Unhandled Execution Error" and nothing happens...
Anyone who knows what might be wrong?
If it helps I can email a screenshot of this to anyone that needs it.
