Not able to read property values in other locales other than English.
Its seems, the above issue is exactly same as the below issue reported
Issue: #17057 Calling Copy on a ReadOnly PropertyDataCollection should return a ReadOnly PropertyDataCollection.
This issue seems to be fixed as part of R2-Sp1, but is actully not. We are still facing the same issue in R2-Sp1.

We are not able to read property values in other locales other than English.
This issue is observed after the upgradation to R2-SP1. Could anyone please let us know, if we are missing something.
