automatic language doesnt work on external links

Hi,
I made a block which has a link type : URL to page / external address. I also marked the "unique value per language" on the property of this link URL.

The problem is, althogh I chosed the "Automatic" option for the language of this Link. The content of the link (page) doesnt change by the changing of the site language. so I should go inside the setting of each link and change the language manually for them. For example change it to Norwegian or English.
is it an Episerver bug ?
or thats how it should be ? (I mean do I need to change them manullay )
