Export/import pages with PropertyXhtmlString from a episerver 6 r2 site to a episerver 7 site

Hi,
I'm trying ro export and import pages on an episerver 6 r2 site to a episerver 7 site. The problem is that the page has two properties of type PropertyXhtmlString and I would like to keep all the content and the files that these pages link to. Does anybody know how to do this?
