EPiServer wrote under Upgrading (http://world.episerver.com/Documentation/Items/Upgrading/EPiServer-CMS/75/Upgrading/) that the scheduler service (legacy) could be dowloaded from EPiServer World.
I'm I blind or is there no such link at all? :)
