Iframes not visible on the site and in TinyMCE

This site is a CMS6R2 site upgraded to 7en.
The site already had the extensions for TinyMCE to make Iframe a valid element, but it seems like that expansion is not valid any more. When I am on a page with a iframe/Vimeo video it is just a white area, and when I click the area it loads the SWF for that player somehow.
Do anybody else have this problem or have a solution for this?
