It should be available on Visual Studio extensions gallery, just search by "EPiServer".

In the article "EPiServer 7: Ready for a multi-screen world" mentioned The Web Solution Toolkit also contains a Visual Studio Plug-in. But I can not find the Web Solution Tookit and VS intergration/plug-in in the CMS 7 Install package. Is this available?
