Search intersections using coordinates of two squares

Hi all

Need your input here.

Having that we have indexed a documents with square "S1","S2"and "S3" and that we are providing coordinates of square "QS1" as input on query.
We would like to return all the indexed squares that intersects with "QS1".

Any suggestions?
