How are the IDs for the documents in the index created?
And the answer is: it's a uniq GUID per type.
this wasn't what was causing the issue in my case. Instead it was the indexing job clearing all objects not in the DB

Just wondering what parameters are you using to create the documents ID when this isn't specified by Conventions?
