Hi!

I want the property SetChangedOnPublish to be true by default, but because the uIDefaultValueForSetChangedOnPublish is removed in cms12 , i tried to set it in the SetDefaultValues method it didn't work , then i tried t set it in the publish events and it didn't work , is this a bug in cms12?
