Found the solution - access the site on https and it works https://nuget.episerver.com/upload/

I'm trying to upload a nuget package to the Episerver nuget feed but when I try and load http://nuget.episerver.com/upload/ the page seems to be stuck in an infinite auth loop and never loads. I have tried loading it when I'm logged in, logged out, and from an incognito window.
