CMS not allowing me to create blocks
there was one attribute which had the restrictions imposed [CustomAvailablePageTypes]; I commented it out and things are showing up now.

I have recently upgraded the Site from 7.13 to 10.10 and it looks like I am not able to create new block on existing pages. The hyper link which was available in 7.13

has now become
You can Drop content here.
the above seems to be appearing on all the pages main content area.
Please help. I am new to CMS and Episerver.
