ContentOutputCache and Episerver 9.7.3 +

Hi,

I have page controllers decorated with ContentOutputCache attribute.
When the page is published in edit mode, site visitors still get the cached version of the page.

Tested with episerver 9.7.3 and 9.8.0

Can someone verify this and create a new ticket in bug list ?
