English Collation Wrong ... T, U, W, V ... WTF?

Vote:

When pages are created using English as the default language the sort order is wrong for W & V.  If I switch to English-NZ or probably English-GB it is correct.

Problem is, the client has created all their pages already.  Is there an easy way to globally switch the language of all existing content to English-NZ without having to 'translate' all the content?

The site will never be in any other language.

Thanks
