Problem implementing FCKEditor

Hi, we're trying to implement the FCKeditor to one of our projects following these instructions: http://world.episerver.com/Download/Code-Samples/Editor-Tools/Editor-for-non-IE-browsers/
We've come so far that the editor (sometimes) shows up in edit-mode, and you can edit and save content. We've tried using version 2.4.3 and 2.6.2
But the edtior fails to load more then 50% of the time, in FF3 we get (in swedish..) "Sidan kan inte visas eftersom den använder en typ av komprimering som är ogiltig eller som inte stöds." and in FF2 it's just a blank page.
Any idea how to solve this?
