IdentityUrlRewriterProvider + Simple address

Hi,

I wonder if you for the next release could put this call:

SimpleAddress.SimpleAddressToInternal(e.Url, ref internalObject);

into ConvertToInternal() in the IdentityUrlRewriterProvider. Lots of sites wants to use simple addresses without FriendlyUrl and for now I've had to build my own RewriterProvider, inheriting from UrlRewriteProvider.
