Control all Workrooms as administrator?

How come I can't see all Workrooms as an administrator? I can only see workrooms that I'm a member of. How can I administrate what I can't see? I have granted my Editors to create and control workrooms, but that shouldn't mean they get all of the controls...
The workrooms is created by the EPiServer sample site.
EPiServer 4.60, Windows Server 2003 SP1, .NET 1.1
