In EPiServer 3.5 when a page is marked as changed, then saved, then published the checkbox remains checked the next time you edit that page. In EPiServer 4.30 this doesnt happen. The checkbox is cleared and there is no option to set a default value so that it will remain checked like the previous version did. Is there this problem in future versions or can you set the default on the property "page changed" ?
