We are facing an issue where removing a category field value from a CMS page does not immediately reflect in the Search & Navigation indexed content. However, after running the Search & Navigation index scheduled job, the value gets removed from the indexed JSON as expected.

Could you please suggest a fix to update the changes immediately in Search & Navigation? Thanks in advance!

Observations:

• Other field types like String and HtmlString update correctly in real-time.
• The issue occurs in Integration, Preprod, and Prod, but it works fine in Localhost.
