How to remove edit options of a IList property?

Hello Opti Community! I am trying to create a fixed IList property with default values.
I would like to know if there is any way to remove the following edit options, as the editor cannot add/remove items. Just edit them.
I know that probably I would have to use dojo, but I am not familiar with it.
