Milos, unfortunately not. It's not possible, it's a missing feature and there's no workaround as of now. You have to use Move Up/Move Down commands.

Hello everyone,
Is there a way to enable drag and drop sorting on a collection of OptionItems used in SelectionElementBlock?
There is an option to move up/down but that just moves it for one place, for a long list that takes time. Some sort of dragging is already implemented in default CollectionEditor, but when dragging an item from the list and dropping nothing changes.
