Visitor Groups - Geographic Location, how does episerver do it?

Hi guys,

When using Geographic Location, how does episerver know X user is coming from Y location?
Is it looking at the IP address of the request? or is it looking at the language of browser... or is it somehting else?

Hi Ayo,

If you're asking about the personalisation criteria, it uses the free version of the MaxMind GeoIP database to lookup the IP address of the user.
