TinyMCE.js is not found

Hello guys,

anybody can give me the suggestions what could be the problem that causes this message:

http://url/EPiServer/Shell/11.2.4.0/ClientResources/epi-addon-tinymce/TinyMCEEditor.js 404 (Not Found)

any idea? as it goes.. i have checked all the references to TinyMCE.. no compilation errors.. only when I am going into the editor to see the page..
