Any recipes for using formbuilder in EPIServer?

Hi,

The users want to create templates in a specific edit-view,my initiate idea to create page type with formBuilder,but where and how to store the user created form(output json)?

I know once we present the template which user created custom form,then calling web api to save submitted data,Do I need to create a new table on episerver database side?

Any suggestions to be welcomed and appriciated.
