Maybe you'll need to adjust for newer versions, but should be pretty much the same.

I've searched for this and somehow cannot find anything. Surely I'm missing something. How can you create a link to an anchor that's on another page? I know you can go into the html and add the anchor but I was hoping for a more user-friendly method. Not sure why this isn't baked in already.
