Error while installing 404Handler from epicode
What version of EPiServer and IIS are you installng it on? Further more, is the compressed file, nuget or source you are using?

It's CMS 6 R2, IIS 7. And I'm using the compressed file, so I'm installing through Development Center.

Does the logfile give a hint about what is causing it?
It's usually stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\EPiServer\Shared\Install\Logs

Thank you so much for your help Christian! I found on the logs that the access to the config files was being denied because they are in TFS, so I checked them out for edit and the installation finished successfully. Tusen tack!

I want to install the 404Handler module for CMS6 that is available for download on coderesort https://www.coderesort.com/p/epicode/wiki/404Handler, but when i start the installation i get an error that says "A bulk installation has not been started", and then the installtion is interrupted. Any idea what it can be?
