Error with Simple Address and documents
One way to solved this is to make the shortcut be a shortcut to an other website, but instead of point to a full url, only point to
/YourFilePage/YourFileName.doc

I have a quite puzzling issue that i am faced with. I have created a page in episerver and changed the simple address of the page to "MyDoc"(sample). I change the page to point to a document in the VPP. The issue i am having is when in edit mode and i click on the page, my document comes up perfectly.(How it should work). But the kicker is, when i go to the site and enter the simple url for the page, it throws a error(UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.)
This is quite puzzling becuase if i don't link to a document and link to another site on the web, such as www.cnn.com. It works. Could someone please help me with this issue.
