How to get a Polling result in graphical mode?

Hi, I used the following code to get the Polling result in a graphical mode. Using this i'm able to retrieve the result on the same page as the XForm exist. How can i get this result in a different page accessing the XForm from another page.

Set the PageLink property to point to the PageReference where the XForm is defined.
