ContentChannels - publish all documents in library

All,

Is it possible to publish all documents in the File Manager during a content channel publish to a remote server?

I understand that the default behaviour is to pubish only the documents that are linked from content, but we need to publish *everything*

We're using EPiServer 5 SP2
