EPiServer 6.0 - deleting a page, that is referenced by another page as dynamic content

Hello friendly EPiServer developers!

Does deleting a page, that is referenced by another page as dynamic content, cause any issues on the page that is referencing the dynamic content?

I've got a page that styles empty

(please don't ask why), so when I just delete the content from the page that is referenced, I get a big blank space appearing on the page.  So was wondering if I'd create any errors if I just deleting the page that is being referenced instead?

The page that is being referenced appears on over 500 pages, so I'd prefer not to need to edit the pages that are doing the referencing!
