To answer my own question: It was our CalculateDiscount workflow that was the problem.

In cases where we can only ship parts of an order I want to keep the line item (for reference) but set the quantity to 0.
Lets say a customer have ordered product X, Y and Z, but we will only ship X and Z. I still want to keep Y as part of the shipment/line item collection, but with Quantity 0.
Does Commerce support setting ILineItem Quantity to 0 (cause I'm getting DivideByZeroExcptions....)?
