Try to specify version number with the package reinstall because some of your Episerver package upgraded to newer version(EPiServer.Shell, Version=11.31.0.0) and some of packages are still old(11.20.2).

Update-Package -Reinstall -ProjectName path
using above command tried to install all DLL issue. dll issue are resolved but getting below error and not able to resolve it.
Can anyone help me with this since the project now came to a complete halt. I need to deliver urgent bussiness requienment but we are not able to setup code locally can anyone please help to resolve.
