Is it possible for me to generate Open Spec documentation for the Content Delivery API using Swashbuckle

Im not quite sure it would be possible due to the dynamic nature of models and API responce coming from a single endpoint.
Second to this looking at the feasibility to run API tests against the content delivery API and was just looking for some advice on if anyone has approached this subject previously
