Convert internal link to friendly link inside wysiwyg

Hello,

I have a Wysiwyg property in a block that is sent via email. When inside this property I add an external link everything works fine. When i'm using an internal link i receive on mail something like : http://link/ff328a6978264373843bdbedb64a547e.aspx

How can I force convert the internal link to friendly one before sending the email?

Which Episerver version are you running? How are you building the mail body currently?
