After insert the data,The EPIServer form submit button is disabled mode?

I added EPIServer.forms to my project and i successfully created form and insert the data in EPISever site, but after complete the insertion, the submit button is in disabled mode.

Note:-here am using EPIServer forms instead of X-Forms, the X-Form are working fine.
