Adding custom cultures in Episerver DXC

Hi!
We need to add custom cultures to an Episerver DXC solution. The documentation only specifies how to do this for on-premise solutions. I think that I have read something about how to handle this in Azure, but cannot find this information now that I need it. Does anyone know how to do this?
