Need to expose EpiServer content through a Web APi

We need to expose EPiServer content such as Page and Block content through a Web APi. We tried it using basic API Controller and it is working fine in local environment. But for DXC environment (on Azure) it gives 404 error when we try to call the API. Can anyone please share something related to this?

Thanks!
