Richtext editor (TinyMCE) presets iframe to unwanted size

When I insert an iframe into rich text editor and save, the size is set to a 320x240 value.

Can can I prevent TinyMCE to do this?

This is behaviour of TinyMCE to clean HTML. You can change TinyMCE config. Read this:
