I am attempting to import a site data from a beta environment into a pre-production environment.  The site data is part of a multisite so this import is going into a "site" that has only the start page.  I am expecting that after the import the "pages" that exist in the beta would become availalbe in the pre-production environment. 

The errors I am getting is below:

Import has been canceled
The following errors have occurred:
Access to the path '*******\App_Data\blobs\d6636b5165af43e59813157a295c994e\3042894b2133479c88f259d0803a42fa.pdf' is denied.
Access to the path '*******\App_Data\blobs\67bfebb632954bc58eda3170fa9f3d11\6d3bfc73dd4241cf8ba1ea2d72d43ba1.pdf' is denied.

........

These are just the first two errors, there are more of the same.   I thought the blobs folder was out of synch between the enviroments so I copied that across and attempted again and still get the errors. 

Folder permissions have been reviewed as well and all the necessary permissions are set. 

Any ideas???
